Goliat is set in a small industrial town somewhere in Sweden. When Roland is sentenced to prison, his son, 17-year old Kimmie, is expected to provide for the family by taking over his dad's criminal business. This is a task he's not ready for. The film's depicting a boy's brutal entry into adult life and examines aspects of social heritage and patriarchal structures, at a time when the welfare is declining and Sweden is changing.
Tommy DiNello, a freelance videographer, moves back to North Branford Ct. from New York City after two years on his own. His extremely close cousins, Marie and Dom Jr., are reluctantly accepting their father's new young foreign wife Varya, just two years after their mother's death. Since Tommy's parents moved to Florida when he was away, he has no choice but to stay with his Uncle Dominic and cousin Marie while battling memories of the reason he left town in the first place. His dear friend, Angela and him are reunited, This is bittersweet as she is the only one with clear knowledge and witness of his past.
Summer 1989, East Germany. Adam works as a tailor, Evelyn as a waitress. They are planning a vacation together when Evelyn finds out that Adam is cheating on her and decides to leave for the holiday on her own. She travels to Hungary, trailed by Adam. As the border with Austria falls, everything changes in Hungary. The frontiers are open, as the new possibilities for Adam and Evelyn to decide in which world – Eastern or Western – they want to build a happy life. Adam und Evelyn is based on the homonymous novel by Ingo Schulze, translated in more than ten languages.

牧江(jiāng )村郊(�)野山藏(cáng )有一(�)怪，赤(chì )面獠牙，名曰垃(lā )圾人，他(�)身(shē(�)n )世神秘，以(yǐ )垃圾为食，日遇(�)村妇(�)马(mǎ )秀娟，将其(qí )掳掠。马秀(�)(xiù )娟(�)通(tōng )过与(�)垃圾人(rén )的交往(�)，发(fā(�) )现他虽丑(�)陋(lòu )骇人，却心(xī(�)n )地单(�)纯。但天不(�)遂人愿(yuàn )，“单纯”的(�)垃(lā(�) )圾人(�)却将(♏)马(mǎ )秀娟视为配(�)(pèi )偶，囚于(⛓)废(fè(�)i )弃厂房。矿山老(lǎ(�)o )板徐东南(�)徐(xú(�) )西北两兄弟(dì )欲(�)借炸山除(chú )垃(�)圾人之名(míng )在野山非法(fǎ )拓矿(�)，全然(�)(rán )不顾(gù )马秀娟安危(wēi )。而(�)垃圾(�)人(rén )通过马秀娟(juān )逐渐了(�)解人(�)(rén )类的尊(�)重与(yǔ )爱，遂将其(�)(qí )放(�)归(guī )牧江(�)村。马(mǎ )秀娟得知(�)徐(xú(⬛) )东南阴谋(�)后(hòu )为救垃圾人(�)(rén )与(�)之抗(�)争，最(�)终被绑于(yú )山上(�)(shàng )，垃圾人(�)为(wé(�)i )救马秀娟与(yǔ )徐(⬇)东南死命(�)(mìng )相(�)搏，后被(bèi )徐东南(�)炸死。环(huán )保组(�)织声明(míng )垃圾人出现(xiàn )乃牧江(�)村的(�)(de )环保意识薄(báo )弱之恶果，垃(�)圾人(�)本无(wú )罪，罪在人心对(duì )环(�)境的(�)态度(dù )，并呼吁民(mín )众善待(�)环境(�)(jìng )。
